We have honed our craft in more than a decade designing, managing and scaling hightech company builders, accelerators and training programs in research organisations and universities.

Among others, we have created Europe’s leading tech transfer program – AHEAD – at Fraunhofer, the FDays accelerator program with more than 250 spin-offs and licensing teams within 5 years and a tech transfer success rate of 39%, as well as a university accelerator connecting top-tier universities in Vienna.

We have both co-founded and worked at startups.
